The room was great, the breakfast options were lovely, and the hosts were very easygoing and friendly.

We had a great stay at Frinton45; the rooms were nicely decorated with lots of cute little details, very tidy and luxurious. The hosts Annie and Paul were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast offered a variety of options and everything was delicious. We highly recommend staying at Frinton45!

We received a warm greeting with a glass of delicious wine on Friday night. The accommodation is beautiful with every detail carefully chosen and planned. Breakfast was delicious. Off‑street parking is available and the hosts are wonderful. M/A
