The place was peaceful and the food really stood out, but what impressed me most was how the staff went out of their way to accommodate a last‑minute request. The only issue was the lack of blinds on the windows to block out morning light, something I mentioned to the staff and they immediately took note.

The staff was amazing, the food was great, and we were upgraded without having to ask or pay for it. It’s an incredible spot in the Tuscan countryside.

The surroundings were fine, but overall I wouldn’t repeat or recommend it. It wasn’t a bad place, but aside from a problem that “arose” and kept us from accessing our room until 9 pm—issues that can happen to anyone—we were uncomfortable, everything was very neglected and left out. There was a smell of cat food everywhere, and I just wouldn’t go back because of several things and details that didn’t sit well with us.

The staff were very friendly. The courtyard has an incredible view. The pool was nice. The restaurant served good food. Everything was good.

Bellissimo posto, ben attrezzato (ottima e pulita la piscina, salvifico il condizionatore), cibo oltre le aspettative con nota particolare per i formaggi davvero particolari. A circa 15 minuti da Volterra mi piacerebbe tornare
