The room is good. The inn urgently needs maintenance; the chalets require exterior painting, woodwork repairs, and yard upkeep. The first impression of the property felt abandoned. Breakfast is extremely simple and basic, and the timing is late.

The service was amazing, the place feels like a chill spot, and the view is spectacular. The rooms are cozy, and even though we didn’t hit the pool, it’s gorgeous with a breath‑taking outlook.

Everything is very clean and organised. The owners are super attentive and helpful. Because it is a very quiet spot, the inn is a bit far from the centre and a car is necessary for anything.

I’ve been to Lavras Novas twice now and this time it was solid. Fabio was super helpful and the room was big, comfy bed, great pillows, and the bathroom was fine. Breakfast was simple but we didn’t mind, and the view from the place is beautiful. The only downside is there’s no AC or fan – we were in late winter and it was fine, but it’ll be an issue in summer.
