“Vue et personnel incroyable!”

The staff’s kindness, especially Hanafy who made a fantastic late‑night Greek salad, was 10/10—delicious—and Aya’s warm welcome was appreciated. The view from our top‑floor room with a bathtub was absolutely magical, and we could check out late until 18:00. The only downside was that the hotel only had two lounge chairs by the pool, so it was impossible to relax there when we wanted; that was the real negative point, though everything else was very good.

The location was exactly as expected and extraordinary. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive; they offered us a different room because one of us was ill and we were supposed to be on the 3rd floor, which has no elevator. The breakfast was quite light, with coffee served in a plastic cup from the reception machine. That machine is a bit far from the luggage drop‑off by taxi. The renovations during our stay could have been scheduled during daytime visits and stopped after tourists returned in the early afternoon. There is no restaurant on the premises as the website suggests; it appears to be outside, and you have to eat in the room where there are no seats.

“Great views modern large room and great customer service”

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Beyond Pyramids and were impressed by the hospitality and service from the moment we arrived. Hanafy, in particular, delivered exceptional service throughout and made our family feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. The location is fantastic, close to the Great Pyramids of Giza and perfectly positioned for exploring the area. Our room was large, modern, beautifully clean, and comfortable, with spectacular views of the pyramids—waking up to such an iconic view is unforgettable. The pool was a huge highlight for our children and the perfect place to cool off and relax after long days exploring the pyramids and Cairo. The hospitality was exceptional, and Hanafy went above and beyond to make our stay special. We would absolutely recommend Beyond Pyramids to families visiting Giza and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our time in Egypt so memorable!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! 😊 A big thank you to Anafi, who is truly kind, attentive, and always looking after guests. The whole team is adorable and does everything to make us feel good. The hotel is very well located, with a magnificent view of the pyramids, and we’re very close to the sites, which is very convenient for visits. We really recommend this hotel for its welcome, location, and the friendliness of the entire team. We were very well received and will return with pleasure! ❤️🇪🇬
