The place was full of weird people.

I was unhappy because I was charged even though I never checked in; right after paying I saw the room was a dorm for eight, so I requested a refund. I talked with both the merchant and the platform— the merchant said they’d refund once they saw my request, but later claimed they never received it. I spent 200 euros to leave bad reviews for both the merchant and the platform.
