They told me there were no rooms left and that they don’t even work with the booking system I used. When I tried to reach them on WhatsApp they never answered. After I filed a complaint through the app they finally processed a refund, but the whole thing felt like a scam.

I’m furious – the hostel simply isn’t there. I tried to contact them and got nothing, so I’m now demanding a refund.
