The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had no trouble communicating in English. The room we had originally booked was already taken, so they upgraded us for free. We thought breakfast was included because it was listed as an amenity, but they charged an extra 5,500 yen per person.

The service was the best ever. We couldn't get a dinner reservation because it was fully booked.

I was given a room that was very good, with a nice view, plenty of space, and it let me relax a lot.
