I really liked the hotel! The cleanliness, location, and staff were perfect. It’s very beautiful, green, and aesthetic. Check‑in was quick. I especially appreciate the staff who had already taken my orders in advance. I will definitely return!

The hotel was absolutely amazing! Our original room wasn’t ready when we arrived early, so they immediately gave us room 1213, a superior room with a balcony and a breathtaking view, plus all the requested comforts. The huge pool, spa, and the staff’s exceptional kindness at every level were remarkable. The commercial street with malls, metros, and restaurants is only a 5‑minute walk away, a top‑quality discovery—you can go there with your eyes closed! The only downside was the very few lounge chairs by the pool.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful at the Pan Pacific on Orchard Road! The hotel itself was amazing and the room, so amazing too!!! The fact that it was a loft made it extra special, and it was always cleaned beautifully by Richard. We got amazing service from Joanne when ordering room service. No complaints!
