RedDoorz at HF Golden Travellers Inn

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to get around. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which made it a bit of a challenge with my luggage.

“Our stay is quiet good. Thank you!”

I appreciated the hotel's location, which was close to the bus station and had a 7/11 store just downstairs, making it very accessible. However, I had to haul my luggage up the stairs myself since the helper wasn't available yet, which was a bit of a hassle.

I thought the hotel offered good value for the price I paid, but there were some issues that detracted from my stay. The cleaning seemed superficial, and I spotted some cockroaches in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the maintenance was poor, and the toilet didn't even have a seat.

“Hotel rate price not worth lack of things”

The hotel staff was friendly, and I liked the decor, but unfortunately, the room fell short of my expectations. The walls had cracks, and the amenities were basic - no free toothbrush, shampoo, or doormats. To make matters worse, the blanket was thin, the towels had stains, and I even spotted some cockroaches in the room, and no one was available to help with my luggage.
