We were thrilled with the Popsicle Hotline, soda machine, and soft serve machine, and the neighborhood around the hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the constant footsteps from the rooms above us made many early mornings noisy.

Every staff member was super friendly and helpful, and nothing felt like a hassle. They added little extras like free self‑serve ice cream, sodas, and coffee. The location is perfect for Hollywood attractions, just a few minutes’ walk from the Walk of Fame, and the rooms are very large and spacious. The building itself feels a bit dated and could use a refresh, but the service and extra touches more than make up for that.
