“Molto deludente”
The pool is very nice. In theory it’s reserved only for guests of the property, but unfortunately one day they let a group of their friends in. The description on Booking says the restaurant is open every evening, but once we arrived we found out that they decide the restaurant’s opening day by day, if it suits them or not. When the restaurant is closed, there is no one on the premises, so if you want to get something to drink, you can’t. The room has no fridge, so you can’t buy water in advance and keep it cool. We specifically chose this agritourism because we intended to have a few days of total relaxation, never having to move and use the car. Over three nights we found ourselves having to eat out twice (including a Saturday when all the restaurants in the area were full), causing us considerable discomfort. On the terrace where breakfast is served there was a large menu on display with various lunch and dinner options. For the only night we ate there, we were offered a fixed menu (with options not present on the displayed menu) and asked to choose the courses for dinner at 9 a.m. For lunches, we were able to eat at the agritourism, choosing the courses always at 9 a.m. On the day of departure we went down as usual for breakfast but they had already cleared the table and we were forced to have breakfast outside (despite it being included in the room price). Given the numerous positive reviews, we would never have expected such a lack of service and a total lack of courtesy from almost all the staff.
