The hotel is close to the center, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are welcoming. The girls at reception are very knowledgeable and ready to help in any situation. Everything.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy. We stayed in 2022 and the hotel still looks just as good now. The staff keep it that way. Everything was as always. We recommend this hotel.

Balada was brilliant – as were the staff! The brown decor might put you off, but don't let it – it's a lovely hotel.
