1. The location is good, Meenakshi Amman temple was just 1 km away so its walkable distance. 2. Room was cozy and safe for a female solo traveler. 1. It was below average looking room, nothing fancy about it, the moment I entered the room it was stinky and the floor was sticky, plus AC wasn't working so I had immediately called plus I went down and informed the lady at the reception, she reacted as if she's very helpful but she was not. 2. I wanted to book a cab and called at the reception and spoke to the same lady and asked for the quote, said in few minutes she will call back. No response. I went down later that evening and spoke to someone else, he said okay but no response. I booked elsewhere. Post that someone else called. The service is pathetic

“excellent”

The rooms were clean, and the staff at reception, security, and the restaurant were friendly and helpful, with the food also excellent. A stain on one bedsheet could have been avoided.

“Fuyez!”

We had to get out of there as quickly as possible - the staff were absolutely terrible and the hotel was filthy. It was a nightmare from start to finish.
