The service was very good and the hotel restaurant had excellent quality. Rooms were clean and the heaters worked well. The furniture layout in the room was a bit odd, and the breakfast could have been more carefully prepared.

The room I stayed in was simple but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered many varieties with quick replenishment. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, deserving a perfect score. The bathroom facilities felt old, which made the experience somewhat uncomfortable.

The service was flawless, the accommodations were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Note: my daughter left a stuffed animal in the room and we only realized when we got home. I sent a message and they kindly sent it back. Post‑sale support was amazing! The playroom could open earlier; the kids couldn’t play before we left for a walk because it only opened at 10 a.m. It doesn’t affect the stay, but earlier opening would improve the experience for families with children.
