The staff, especially Gerard, was incredibly helpful and courteous when we ran into an issue.

Everything was excellent, especially the service. The restaurant’s wine was too pricey for its quality; the Rioja tasting needed more variety and better value, which didn’t match the good food.

The service was great, the family room comfortable, breakfasts tasty, and the vibe pleasant, all very good. The kids club was dim and lacked a schedule, only showing a movie at 18h.
