What a wonderful place, though the bathroom felt a bit old and needed a thorough cleaning. The shower required a good scrub, the shower gel was left on the floor, and there was half‑used Pantene shampoo—everything could have been presented a touch more elegantly.

It was an amazing experience; I loved it.

The accommodation was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. The café was extremely pricey and the food let down me—my wife got sick after the steak sandwich ($36.00) and the red wine was unpalatable for her.

Getting to Exeter, Berrima, Bowral and Moss Vale was easy, and the signage from the highway was clear. The on‑site café was terrific, the kitchen and tea/snack selection in the rooms were great, heating was superb, and the gardens were lovely. The historic sandstone cottage was gently modernised while keeping its character. Initially, getting to the bathroom was a hassle because access from the main bedroom went through the other rooms; it would have helped to know that before booking.

I liked the scene and entry to room. Nature and vines. Style and feel suited our girls trip
