Everything was great, but no hot water for shower at 4:30 am. I had a 6 am flight let it run for long as I could neither show or sink. Very disappointing. Same9

The staff were rude

I like the location. The customer service was very underwhelming. The staff was not outright rude but they certainly did not go out of their way to be warm and welcoming. The facility was clean but is starting to show some wear and tear. (For example, the window shade in my room was broken.) I was VERY disappointed to learn the hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast. Considering the cost of a 1-night stay, I expected more

The hotel was close to the airport, not too loud or busy, and still near restaurants. I could use the pool, hot tub, and gym, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, the bathroom fixtures in our room were heavily rusted, the fan didn’t work, and the Wi‑Fi was a nightmare—had to re‑sign in several times in a few hours, and it wasn’t a normal username/password login. I couldn’t use my laptop because I had to sign in via the internet, which was inconvenient. The gym equipment was dated, and some machines had missing buttons due to wear, making them hard to use.
