The "hot tub" wasn’t heated at all; I was told it was a Dallas area rule to keep them unheated, which I find hard to accept.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Getting in and out was easy, but it took a while for staff to appear at the front desk. Once I waited 10 minutes for someone and then left. The first day I walked in and found a lizard in my room, and the next day I found a cockroach in my bathtub.

The room felt cozy and spotless, but you can’t stream shows on the TV or hook it up to Wi‑Fi, and the cable lineup is pretty basic.
