The spa and zen room had solid facilities, the hot water was great, the bed linen lovely, food tasty, service fab, and the heated boot locker was a nice touch 😁 TV was good. Wi‑Fi didn’t work, I couldn’t change the room temperature except by opening the door or window, and the balcony offered no real view, which was a bit disappointing.

We’re back for the third time at Hotel Madeleine and it lived up to expectations. After staying in self‑catering apartments for recent ski trips, we were glad to return to a hotel. The food was amazing—from salad to starter, soup, main course, dessert, and even cheese if you’re hungry. The salad selection was extensive, everything was beautifully presented and delicious. Breakfast was excellent, and there was afternoon cake and snacks available. Staff were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Rooms were serviced daily to a very high standard. We parked undercover outside the hotel. The spa area was good, featuring a spa pool, saunas, infrared room, steam room, and a separate quiet/lounge room. We didn’t use the hotel’s ski lockers but rented space from Scheiber near the main gondolas. The hotel is a flat walk to town, close to the bus station, and not far from ski lifts. Skiing was great, and buses to Hochgurgl and Solden ran every 10 minutes.

Ski Keller, Jause, Frühstück, Abendessen, Spabereich, Spieleangebot. Rezeption unterbesetzt, Personal, Ablauf des Abendessens, dh. Kindermenüs wurden nicht zeitlich vorgezogen

Wenn Du herzlich empfangen wirst, sogar ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommst, beim Frühstück nicht weisst, was du nehmen möchtest wegen der grossen Auswahl, keine 5 Minuten zum Bus ( Weltcup Shuttle) hast, nachmittags „Heim“ kommst , nach der Jause vorm Kamin, im tollen Wellness Bereich entspannen kannst, abends Auswahl innerst eines fantastischen 5-Gang-Menüs hast und dabei rundum von einem professionellen, sympathischen und eingespieltem Team verwöhnt wirst, kann man nur eins sagen: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ von uns!!!! Herzlichen Dank, wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder. Die Schweizer 🇨🇭🤗.
