“More negatives than positives.”
The front desk staff was kind and pleasant at check in and check out. The bed in the room was comfortable. There were multitudes of areas throughout the hotel and our room that showed wear on the walls, floors, chairs and such. I’m sure it’s normal hotel wear but it was obviously not kept up on and maintained. There were two elevators but only one was working. The floor in the elevator that did work was very rough and had chunks broken in it. Our room had multiple visible scrapes on the walls, and the desk chair had rips and tears in it. The bed was comfortable so we slept well, which was a positive considering everything else. We picked this hotel since the reviews were pretty good and we were traveling with kids and it had an indoor pool, but the pool was so cold neither kid wanted to swim. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. My recommendation would be to stay elsewhere
