It was convenient and comfortable, but the cleaning and hospitality were lacking.

The room was clean with a comfy bed, within walking distance of food, and the plumbing worked well—hot water, good pressure, and clear drains—but the bath and toilet area felt cramped, and the room carried a strong disinfectant smell.

The bathroom was okay and newer, with a good shower, yet when I entered a man was at the front desk with a pillow that had bugs on it; he claimed they were bedbugs, and I immediately wanted a refund but was told it was too late and I would lose my money. The door to the entrance near my room didn’t lock, so anyone could come or go without a key. My sheets were stained, and flying ants crawled around my bed and nightstand. I emailed Corporate about all of this and received a $25.00 gift card to stay at a Best Western—lol.

The spacious room. The pool was clean. No elevator to get our stuff upstairs, with a lot of kid that makes it hard to take things to and from our cars. The beds weren’t real comfortable. They had the small random long bugs I’ve never seen before until the day prior with our stay in north Platte
