“Apartamento extremamente funcional, alta qualidade, zero problemas”
The apartment’s functionality, space, design, room capacity, and unrestricted access to hotel amenities were all spot‑on; it felt like a hotel room but with the convenience of a clean, well‑arranged apartment. The only downside was the lack of a water filter or bottled water, even though the kitchen is fully equipped—having a complimentary bottle would have been a nice touch.
Excellent location.
Perfect location, easy access, and friendly staff. Everything during our stay was perfect.
I paid for an extra night, yet the accommodation didn’t forward the change to the hotel, forcing us to check out and leaving the overpayment unrefunded. The staff called me a bad character, a scoundrel, and a low‑level person, as if I’d simply changed my mind, and they wouldn’t discuss a refund. It was a total rudeness; I’ve never been treated like that as a guest. The apartment itself was great, but the service ruined the stay.
The service was very good from check‑in to check‑out, with attentive staff. The only drawback was that breakfast wasn’t included in the room price.
