Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Breakfast could have been earlier because I had a commitment. That’s why I give a general rating of 5.5; if not, I would have given 6.

Room comfortable, clean and cozy, and the breakfast was complete.

Excellent service, great value, and the location relative to the center is very good. Parking isn’t included in the daily rate and the check‑in could be earlier at 06:30; 07 is too late for those who need to leave early.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great shower and a comfortable bed.

I liked the facilities and the comfort, but I was annoyed by a staff member named Sidinei who demanded two plastic spoons and charged 6 reais for them. He also rang the apartment at 23:30 while I was sleeping. When I ordered two fried eggs for breakfast as usual, I was surprised to be charged 5 reais for them. The hotel charges a lot for guests who are already staying there with breakfast included, which I found absurd. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and am a regular customer.
