The hotel is conveniently located near the port and the room had a lake view, with friendly staff and good soundproofing despite the noisy street outside, plus extra pillows at breakfast. However, the property shows its age, only two towel sets were provided for two adults and two children, the surrounding area was noisy, and the breakfast could be improved by offering more types of bread and serving pancakes warm.
