“Never again”

The view from our room was nice, yet I was thoroughly disappointed: the reception desk stayed unmanned for the whole stay, the balcony door glass was broken and held together with black tape, there was a hole in the bedsheet, the bathroom was extremely cramped, and the furniture was sparse, old, and clearly in need of replacement; plus, among the eight hotels we stayed at during the trip, this one was the most expensive per night, offering terrible value for money.

“Very bad hospitality”

The location was good, but otherwise everyone was rude and seemed indifferent to guests.

Well‑located with on‑site parking, but the rooms were poorly insulated, the beds were not very comfortable, and there was a serious water issue: very little water in the bathroom, making the shower uncomfortable.

“Would”

The spot is unbeatable, with stunning views of mountains, waterfalls and valleys, and getting to sights around the area is a breeze. The staff were lovely, though taxis are scarce after dinner, so plan ahead.

“Simply a last resort, would never recommend.”

Ease of Check In and Check Out. The bathroom smelled like sewage when we arrived. It had no window or functional fan to combat that. There were exposed wires in the bathroom. We were given half a roll of TP. The safety situation is strange. The door can only be unlocked with a key from BOTH sides (you cannot escape your room without the key). That, paired with the connected balconies, and no AC (which encourages open windows), has many safety and security concerns in itself. The chandelier in the room was hanging by a wire, so low that you hit your head on it exiting the bed! The balcony has zero drainage and was just a puddle of water, rendering it useless
