It felt more like returning to my grandparents’ house, where you’re pampered and special, a nostalgic journey through forgotten flavors. The presence of donkeys and chickens was delightful for the kids. The garden’s cleanliness and attention to detail made it a little paradise, and watching stars by the pool at night had a magical quality. Franco, the owner, was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about his Aquara and his work. He took us to an old mill, explained honey production, and let us taste it, which was delicious. The whole staff was kind and courteous. We can’t wait to come back.
