“Mediocre”
The pool and hot tub were shut for all four days, which was a deal‑breaker; I would have booked elsewhere if we’d known.

The facilities were noticeably old and worn, and I dealt with pounding noise at night and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The staff were very helpful and resolved both issues, so overall the value was decent—about $100 per night cheaper than other hotels.

The location was fine. The pool was broken and nobody warned us, and the breakfast tasted flat and rubbery.

I really liked it: the room was nice, and I enjoyed the jetted tub and fireplace. The bed and pillows were fantastic, and everything I needed was conveniently close. The hot tub was under maintenance and unavailable, but that wasn’t a deal‑breaker since there was a jetted tub in the room.

The service was great and the breakfast was good.
