I hugely enjoyed a five‑day solo trip to Normandy, staying at this beautiful chateau. The hostess was very welcoming and gave great recommendations. The entire building was clean, looked after, breakfast was a particular highlight, as were the cats! I would very much like to return.

The apartment rooms were beautifully decorated and felt very sumptuous, which made it easy to relax and sleep soundly. Elisabeth was a wonderful hostess, and it was hard to find any fault—everything worked perfectly. A Smart TV would have been nice, since we couldn't understand the French terrestrial channels.

We stayed in a castle with a pool that felt almost exclusively ours, surrounded by a stunning landscape, very friendly staff, and a secluded setting.
