Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was roomy and spotless, and the front‑desk staff were friendly. We had dietary restrictions, but Lucero from the breakfast area was incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful, and we truly appreciated her attitude.

Everyone on the team was warm and helpful, and the breakfast offered high‑quality, nutritious items with excellent coffee. Our room was immaculate and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shops.

Everything was clean and the room came with all the extra amenities we expected, but the bed was the worst part of the stay; after a long day we collapsed onto what felt like the hardest bed we had ever slept on.

We hosted two large family celebrations here, and the “party” room was spacious and fully equipped. The staff were fantastic on both occasions—accommodating, helpful, and very friendly, and there was nothing negative to mention.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location is easy to get to. Bed was very firm. Had pull out couch for daughter and when it was pulled out, you couldn't get around the main bed to get to the left side. Was able to turn couch and make it work. No canopy to load car under when it was raining
