The reception staff were absent, the bathroom was filthy, the room itself was dirty, and there was hair in a hole in the room.

Staying at Super Hotel O Insaf Nagar (Indira Nagar) was an absolute delight! The hospitality here is truly top-tier. A huge shoutout to the manager, Vishal Mishra, for his incredible professionalism and for ensuring everything ran like clockwork. Special thanks to Alok Singh as well; his friendly attitude and lightning-fast service made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly cozy. If you’re looking for a seamless, high-quality stay in Lucknow with a team that actually cares, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!. All good 👍
