Honestly, nothing to recommend—look elsewhere and get your refund. The building had only one elevator, and my room had four crickets. Hot water wouldn’t come on until I called the front desk, which was odd. Hallways smelled gross, the air was stale and hot, and the key‑card readers took 5‑10 minutes to unlock the room after I’d left it for no clear reason.

I appreciated the free parking and the kind front desk lady. However, there was no cold water for showers during my three‑day music festival stay, the room was infested with crickets and roaches, the stove didn’t work, and the TV remote batteries were dead.

The price was reasonable and the amenities justified it. The king‑size one‑bedroom suite included a cooktop, microwave, and full‑size fridge, and there was no extra charge for parking or Wi‑Fi. It worked well for longer stays or traveling with kids. The only drawback was that there was just one elevator, positioned at one end of the property.
