The location and the clean yard were the only positives. The walls and doors were extremely dirty with stains, the fridge was broken and had to be swapped, the microwave had fingerprints, the room was very dark so lights had to be on even in daylight, there was a language barrier with the caretaker who was a foreign national, and the TV only offered YouTube because login details were missing.

Easy to locate, but there was no hot water.

Rooms were clean and the location was good, Netflix was available. However, you had to call staff to enter the premises.
