The hotel’s location is great. I stayed in January, left some suggestions for service improvements, and when I returned I saw they had implemented changes, which I found quite satisfactory. Overall everything was fine.

I loved the location and the staff’s attentiveness, but I left my phone charger behind, they found it and secured it, yet never called me. I only got it back because my flight was delayed, so I had to rush back and forth.

The facilities are clean, the staff is good, and Ana is a wonderful person. The breakfast is a bit bland; every day it was just an egg with bread, and the menu should be varied and improved.

Nothing was covered, the rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms were filthy. They stole my deposit money, charge 100.000 per room, and then act crazy.
