“Dentro da expectativa”
It was pleasant. The maintenance of the room walls could be improved.

I loved the breakfast and the reception staff were polite and attentive, but the bed was too small.
The team was attentive and the breakfast was good, but you have to pay extra for hot showers and there’s no elevator to carry luggage up.
The bed was uncomfortable and the room had a bad smell.

The staff were courteous but not helpful. The hygiene was poor: there was a dead frog on the door of the room and the towel was dirty. It wasn’t mentioned that the shower in the standard accommodation was cold, so I felt misled. I paid 180 reais for a single day that didn’t even provide hot water, and that detail was missing from the booking. The curtain was just a plastic hanging.
