Nalisha from FL with corporate was very friendly and helpful, the staff were great, and housekeeping kept the place smelling fresh and clean, but the refrigerator didn't work properly and kept nothing cold, the air conditioner in our room sounded like sandpaper rubbing together, the pool was closed all three nights so the kids had to cross the street to another crowded hotel, breakfast was decent but only offered bacon on weekends and I’m allergic to eggs, and we had to leave for breakfast each morning.
