Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was clean and located right in the town center. The remote check‑in worked, but communication with the host could improve, as we waited almost half an hour outside in the heat before the door opened. The apartment is suitable for a brief stay or for guests who don’t spend much time inside, because it’s very small and only has a fridge and a coffee machine (just one pod for three people), plus a bedroom and a bathroom.

The location was great for reaching anywhere, and Tommaso was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming.

The host was very nice and upgraded us to a room with several beds. The AC didn’t work in the main room, pigeons made noise on the roof, and workers started early in the morning.

Everything was really clean. However, there was a large step at the entrance to the room that felt a bit dangerous, and the room had a little humidity.
