They gave me the wrong door code twice, and the rooms were filthy with pests—giant ants, tiny ants, spiders, roaches, mosquitoes, lizards all inside, even crawling onto the bed. The cleaning was nonexistent, the faucet water smelled bad, and there was no free bottled water. Pestilence.

The pool and waterfall were nice, but loud music sometimes played until 4 am or started very early. The staff wouldn’t clean the room; after staying two months I only got two cleanings. The fan, wall hanging, and curtains were filthy when I arrived, and they frequently ran out of tissues and clean sheets.

The front desk was friendly, but cockroaches were everywhere and the lights and shower didn’t work. The place wasn’t functioning properly for guests, so I left immediately and didn’t receive a refund from the property.

I like everything, staying here long term often, but the best part is concierge Alejandro’s customer service—awesome, amazing, on point, always resolutive, nice, friendly, helpful, and he provides the best customer service, making you feel at home 🏡 Thanks Alex for all your kindness!!! I like everything about this property and I’ll always come back.
