The price was way higher than what my family expected for the value. The kitchen staff seemed grumpy—probably because we asked for dinner at 9 p.m. close to their closing time. The bed was a nightmare, and the breakfast tapioca we had made on the spot tasted awful and smelled strong, so we couldn't eat it.

We booked again because we liked the hotel before, but this stay was a letdown. Breakfast was weak—tables were dirty, the staff were slow, and by 9 a.m. on Sunday there was no fresh food, just stale bread, dry sausages, and a soggy cake. The bathroom had visible mold and grime, and overall maintenance was poor.
