The owners were extremely helpful, and the place was spacious and clean. The location was great, too.

I booked and then got a cancellation supposedly because of a double booking, which wasn’t true. I asked if I could check in before 14:00 since we had a 12‑hour train trip and wanted to sleep right away. They first said yes, but a few minutes later they wanted passport photos via the Booking chat, and were told not to do that because of fraud. I declined and said it wasn’t necessary because someone on site could copy them, and they tried to lecture me that it’s a Thai law. I told them I knew that, but it’s enough that someone is there. They didn’t like that and ended up canceling our booking. That’s a real insult. I can’t stand that behaviour and will never book or recommend it again. The staff were unfriendly; they’re just money‑grabbers, not guests.
