The bathroom is spacious, the staff are friendly and professional, and the location is superb; breakfast was okay but could use more protein, the bar drink prices are very fair, the lounge area with a fireplace has a great ambience, and the hotel is very pet‑friendly. However, the room needs more storage, the noise from travelers on the floor above was terrible, and when we booked we weren’t told that some hotel features were closed for the season. There was no cleaning service one day because staff were absent, the parking was touch‑and‑go but we were warned about it in advance, the rooms need a microwave, and the refrigerator should have included a freezer.
