“Feedback”
We stayed at the hotel while touring the city and the room was excellent, featuring a hot shower, air‑conditioning, and a mini‑fridge; breakfast was very good. However, the room only had one towel for two people, so we had to request another at reception. The Wi‑Fi password on the phone was incorrect. I booked a room for two (my wife and me), but they gave us two single beds and said we’d have to pay a significant extra to switch to a double bed; they claimed we couldn’t combine the beds even though we could have. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety, but the party snacks (coxinha, empadinhas, pasteizinhos, etc.) were cold and there was no microwave for guests to reheat them. These small details make a big difference in the stay, and I hope the hotel takes this feedback into account. I would stay again because overall it’s a good hotel.

The service was good and the room was clean, but the hotel sits on a busy avenue up a hill, so the noise from trucks and motorcycles is ridiculously loud—sometimes it feels like the vehicles are inside your room.
