“Habitaciones Suite muy cómoda y elegante”
The suite is very beautiful and comfortable. There is no good access to the emergency stairs, they don't give you directions about it, and the reception person is not friendly, more indifferent.
“Es un lugar clásico y agradable”
It is clean, comfortable, and nice! Nothing to complain about.
“En general nos gustó.”
La ubicación, instalaciones y el trato del personal. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba al 100, la limpieza de la habitación fue poca, así como el suministro de los insumos para el baño
“Hermosas habitaciones 😊”
The staff at the hotel were warm. The waiters’ service was lacking.
The hotel’s location and colonial style are great, and it’s very comfortable. However, the first room seemed unclean for a while because there were dead mosquitoes in the bathtub, and the second room had some dust.
