The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was abundant and excellent, the location is central near many sights, the room seems to have been renovated recently, it’s very bright, and there’s a good view when facing out; however, the central spot at the intersection of two major streets in town inevitably brings noise, though the sound‑proof windows reduce street noise when closed; the building’s exterior, stairwells, etc. reflect 1960s functionalism.

The spot is right near the city center with a bus and metro station close by, and the breakfast starts early which worked well for us; the room was roomy with a bathroom and balcony and the beds were comfy. The breakfast had a decent variety, including several vegan choices, but the food itself felt a bit mediocre and there was a faint moldy smell in the room.

“Super!”

I didn't expect much from a slightly older hotel by a busy intersection, yet I was pleasantly surprised—especially the staff, who were super nice, attentive, and helpful, with everyone smiling and no issues. Most pricey hotels should send their staff here to learn real hospitality; thank you! The place was spotless, and breakfast was rich and tasty. The equipment isn't brand new and the bathroom is a bit small, but that hardly mattered. Sound isolation from the street is surprisingly good, though light sleepers might still need earplugs. Just nitpicking.
