We stayed there for a hiking weekend and could start our walks straight from the hotel.

“Marvelous how this hotel has been returned to its former glory after the great flood of 2021”

The hotel was perfect for us with a comfy, spacious bed and a walk‑in shower. A large balcony overlooking the Ahr River, an elevator, and plenty of parking were all there. Everyone on staff was very welcoming. The restaurant served excellent regional dishes. A bonus was the free train and bus tickets we had during our stay, which we used a lot to travel up and down the Ahr Valley over our three days; the station in Altenahr is within a short walk of the hotel.

“Tolles ++”

The room was very nice, spacious, and stylish, and the sauna area with three saunas was great. The relaxation room was lovely. We ate deliciously in the on‑site restaurant. The staff were friendly. Thank you for the attention. The only thing that could be better is that the sauna times were a bit too short. Everything else was wonderful.

The room was spacious, brand new, with a great bed and a nice shower, and the restaurant was fantastic—food was really good. Breakfast was solid and fresh, and everyone was friendly, from the reception lady to the staff at the restaurant. January isn't the prettiest time for the area, but I know it will be lovely from spring through autumn.

1A Lage im Ort. Direkt am Fluss. Tolles Restaurant mit verschiedenen Flächen inbegriffen. Chef super nett. Personal tip top! Definitiv zu empfehlen! Parkplätze ausreichend und kostenlos vorhanden. Nix
