The location, pools, and beach are great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The elevator in the parking garage was broken. I am handicapped and the lower handicap parking was occupied. I was told to park on the upper levels and walk down, but I cannot walk down. They need to find a better solution for elderly and handicapped guests—this is very unacceptable.

The location was great, but 20 minutes after arriving my son cut his finger while trying to open a glass that had already been put in the cabinet with a chip. There was no dish soap, no paper towels, no facial tissue, no soap, lotion or shampoo samples.

The place was nice, clean, friendly and helpful, but the pool was huge and the kids filled all the pool areas and hot tubs, so we had to wait to get in the water and it wasn’t big enough to swim in.

Everything was spotless and the staff were incredibly kind, and the pools were almost tropical in size. The only downside was that we were so high up it was scary, though the view was amazing, and the restaurant and bar were under construction, so hopefully they’ll be finished next time.
