“Great place!”
During the day a Colombian lady was exceptionally kind, intelligent, generous, and almost magical, while an evening gentleman was also welcoming; I just like the place.

Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh options and the staff were friendly, yet the rooms felt dated, cramped, and there was a lot of noise.

The staff were warm and welcoming, but the soundproofing was very poor.

Close to Gare de Lyon, 10–15 minutes on foot, the staff were friendly, there was a luggage storage service after checkout, and a great nearby restaurant (East Mamma) was recommended; however, despite being a 4‑star hotel, the floor carpet was not very clean, the bed linen was stained, the concierge fell asleep and didn’t open the door around 00:30, the shower only worked with the removable jet and not the overhead, the recirculation fan made constant noise that disturbed sleep, and the TV offered only a few French channels.

The location is ideal, near Gare de Lyon, the metro, restaurants, and shops, but the breakfast was a bit frugal for a 4‑star hotel.
