“dissapointing”
The hot water wasn’t hot, the walk to the room was dimly lit, and after heavy rain the room felt hazardous; the size was okay but a deep clean was needed, the light fixtures were dirty, and the overall look of the guesthouse was more like a warehouse, with mixed‑matched decor that could be so much better.
The room was very large and comfortable, the bathroom was also very big, the little houses had a nice terrace to stay on at night, breakfast was plentiful though we missed a bit more sweet, they gave us water daily, the pool was clean, and the place was very quiet and close to shopping and food areas, but we’d like more sweets at breakfast.
Hotel incantevole! Posizione comoda, anche se posizionato nella nuova Sukhothai, e staff molto gentile! Un caro saluto soprattutto all’autista Chai, che collabora con la struttura, che ci ha guidato in un tour privato per la vecchia Sukhothai con estrema gentilezza e simpatia !

The location was convenient, they arranged a taxi for me, the room was large, and they supplied water every day; I didn’t use it this time, but the lobby had turned into a restaurant and was crowded with locals during the day—definitely want to come back next time.

Everything was perfect, from the staff to the room and services, and the breakfast deserves a special mention—delicious.
