I had no idea the entire hotel was closed for renovation.

Nothing. The place was boarded up and closed so we couldn’t even stay. We had to spend the night driving around looking for somewhere else to stay with our children. The fact it was shut.

Motel isn’t open, I was with my kid in front of the motel. It is closed. The money was charged 3 days before while the motel was closed…. They didn’t want to transfer my money back. Booking said because of cancellation I have to pay $200. I didn’t want to cancel it, no one informed me that the motel was closed. After two hours of phone calls, we were able to book the accommodation elsewhere…. but if I didn't have relatives here, I might still be standing there…. I have been booking on this site for 15 years and I will never do it again. I have never experienced such an attitude. The motel is closed!!!
