The jacuzzi was super hot. The handicap lift at the pool doesn’t work, and the staff didn’t offer help (in another hotel they would support a family member with a disability). I like everything else, but several areas feel neglected because they haven’t been renovated or maintained.

The location, proximity to the beach, the pools and jacuzzi, the tennis courts, and the space in the room are all great. The drainage of the shower in the main bathroom was blocked, and in the extra bedroom wind leaked in and the balcony door made a lot of noise.

The location is perfect with easy beach access; you can either hit the beach or lounge by the pool. The room views were amazing. The staff were responsive and very friendly. Kitchen utensils need upgrading—knives were dull. I asked for measuring cups, which were provided. The couch was uncomfortable. The main TV needed replacing, but that was taken care of along with the patio chairs.
