Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel’s central spot and pleasant staff made the stay enjoyable, and the reception was especially helpful and flexible before and after my arrival. The only drawback was that the step into the bathroom isn’t ideal for older guests like my traveling father; a little lighting would help for nighttime visits, though it’s not a major issue for me.

The central position in town and proximity to Füssen were great, and the breakfast room with its winter garden was lovely. However, hot water sometimes took a moment to arrive, and rooms 101, 201, 301 are behind the lift—when the lift moves you feel like you’re on a submarine, especially at night when you can’t pinpoint the noise. Those rooms are also a bit dim due to limited daylight, but the family room’s equipment is excellent even though the mattresses feel a bit firm.

The room was spacious with a balcony and a sitting area, and the location was very central in the old town, close to the train station. I also appreciated the bike storage with a charging option.

The location was perfect for exploring Füssen, the wellness area pleasantly surprised us, the breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely friendly. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped.
